1. Subject of the Agreement
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of services offered on https://europa.tips (“Website”) between Europa.Tips (“Publisher”) and the users of the Website (“Users”). The Agreement encompasses advertisers and advertising networks, including third-party advertising providers such as Google AdSense.
2. Definitions
- Publisher: The owner of the Website Europa.Tips and the party providing services under this Agreement.
- User: Individuals or entities who visit the Website, utilize its services, and accept this Agreement.
- Advertiser: Individuals or entities seeking to display advertisements on the Website.
- Advertising Network: Third-party providers like Google AdSense that offer advertising services.
- Member: Users who register on the Website to write and contribute travel content about Europe.
- Editor: Authorized individuals who review and approve the Website’s content.
- 5.1. The Website must be used in compliance with applicable laws.
- 5.2. Users may not share any unlawful, harmful, threatening, obscene, or defamatory content on the Website.
- 5.3. Users may not engage in activities that jeopardize the security of the Website or disrupt its operation in any way.
- 5.4. Members are obligated to write original and informative travel content about Europe.
- 5.5. Content written by Members will be reviewed and approved by Editors. Content deemed unsuitable for publication may be rejected.
- 7.1. All content on the Website (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.) belongs to the Publisher and is protected by intellectual property rights.
- 7.2. Users may view Website content solely for personal use. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or other use of the content is prohibited.
- 7.3. Content written by Members is deemed transferred to the Publisher, and the Publisher is entitled to use this content on the Website.
- 8.1. The Website may display advertisements through third-party advertising networks such as Google AdSense. The policies of these advertising providers will also be adhered to.
- 8.2. Advertisers must ensure that their advertisements are lawful, not misleading, and do not damage the reputation of the Website in any way.
- 8.3. The Publisher has the final decision-making authority over the placement and content of advertisements and reserves the right to reject advertisements deemed inappropriate.
- 8.4. Advertisers must own all copyrights to the materials they provide and must not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
- 8.5. Click fraud or other fraudulent methods to increase ad impressions are prohibited. Upon detection of such activities, the Publisher reserves the right to remove the advertisement and terminate the User’s account.
- 10.1. The Website does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- 10.2. The Publisher is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the Website.
- 10.3. Users utilize the Website at their own risk.
- 10.4. The Publisher is not responsible for actions taken by advertisers or third parties through the Website.
- 12.1. The Publisher reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without prior notice if the User violates the terms of the Agreement.
- 12.2. Users may terminate their use of the Website at any time without prior notice.
- 12.3. Upon termination of the Agreement, content published by the User on the Website may be removed, and the User’s access may be blocked.

- 15.1. The Publisher’s failure or delay in exercising any rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- 15.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- 16.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Publisher and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
- 16.2. In the event of a breach of the Agreement by the User, the Publisher reserves the right to take legal action.
- 16.3. Users accept full responsibility for all activities they undertake on the Website.
